These chaps made me cry - I was en route from Norfolk to Edinburgh, as a widow, to my son’s wedding. As I drove out of my drive an orange warning light came on. My local VW garage in King’s Lynn wouldn’t look at my car as ‘we’re too busy - call breakdown’ - all I wanted was someone to take a quick look to make sure there was nothing serious like no oil - JT Lord’s took me in as soon as I arrived, checked all fluids and even hooked it up to their computer. They reassured me there was nothing major wrong, that I wouldn’t break down and it was just a sensor that had probably got water in it. I tried to offer them some cash for their time and they wouldn’t hear of it. Sent me on my way reassured. 800 mile round trip and I’m safely home.

I live in great yarmouth and driving here to visit my family, i noticed a clanking sound on my fiesta. Rang this garage in the evening, they fitted my car in the next morning and all was fixed the same day. Absolutely excellent service and I cannot rate this garage high enough. Thank you so very much for helping me at such short notice

Always polite and courteous. The service and MOT were satisfactorily completed within the day. The cost was as quoted and I am very happy with the overall experience. As a returning customer I would recommend Sleaford Ford anyone.
